Terms of Service

By accessing or using SmartGST.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SmartGST is operated by InvoServ. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and InvoServ.

SmartGST provides GST calculation, invoice generation, and related compliance tools for Indian businesses. These tools are:

• For reference and estimation purposes only
• Not a substitute for professional tax advice
• Not affiliated with GSTN or any government body
• Based on publicly available GST rules and rates, which may change

Users are responsible for verifying all calculations before official filing.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment by contacting support@smartgst.in
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

All content, tools, code, UI designs, and branding on SmartGST.in are the intellectual property of InvoServ. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our tools or code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our branding or name without written permission
• Scrape or bulk-access our tools via automated scripts

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SmartGST provides tools "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for any financial loss resulting from use of our calculators
• GST rates, rules, and deadlines change — verify with official sources
• Invoice data accuracy is your responsibility
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
